My name is Xiaofei Huang (Jeffrey), and I am a student and practioner (and hopefully to become an original thinker) in the world of economics of organizations and strategic management. As a professional management consultant, I am particularly interested in helping our clients with their strategic planning and implementation at either the corporate level (such as the M&A strategy, organizational design etc.) or the functional level (such as human resource management, operations management etc.). The ultimate goal is to improve the clients' operational effectiveness and their competitiveness in a more globalized and dynamic marketplace.

I grew up in Mianzhu, Sichuan Province, a city in Southwestern China which is widely known for its Chinese New Year Paintings (also here). I enjoy Chinese Calligraphy, blogging, playing badminton and ping pong, and pop music.
